J. Pustuł i Współpracownicy Doradztwo podatkowo-prawne (J. Pustuł & Associates Tax & Legal Services) was established by Jowita Pustuł, LLD, tax adviser, solicitor, assistant professor in the Financial Law Unit at the Jagiellonian University (JU) and a member of a scientific unit affiliated with the Centre of Fiscal Studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University. Besides, in 2015-2018 Jowita Pustuł was an aide to the UJ Chancellor’s Representative in Charge of Legal Issues (she was responsible for supporting the Jagiellonian University in the tax area), in 2014-2016 she was a member of the Tax Law Advisory Board appointed by the Minister of Finance. Since 2014 she has acted as a reviewer of articles published in Przegląd Podatkowy (The Tax Review) monthly.
Jowita Pustuł, LLD, has run individual tax consulting business since 2005. Before establishing her own tax practice she had worked for one of the “Big Four” consulting companies. Her tax services cover all taxes with special regard to comprehensive tax support to businesses subject to restructuring (her doctoral thesis was focused on tax aspects of companies’ transformations, mergers and demergers). Within the area of taxes Jowita Pustuł published numerous articles (including commentaries to court rulings) and co-authored several books.
