Mandatory disclosure rules (MDR)

In the course of the MDR training we explain provisions on mandatory disclosure of “tax schemes”. In particular, we discuss how to establish that a tax scheme has been transfered and how to identify a scheme promoter, beneficiary and a supporting party. While explaining the rules of the MDR reporting, we extensively use practical examples.
