We represent our clients during tax enquiries and other proceedings initiated by the tax authorities. Similarly, we have extensive experience in representing clients before the Provincial Administrative Courts (WSA) as well as before the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA).
Our services are not limited to preparing necessary applications, appeals and other documents. Usually, our basic input is to find a strategy or a solution increasing the chance that the proceedings’ outcome will be positive. It is quite often that we take lead on cases that were previously run by a client himself or by representatives that were not tax specialists. As a rule, such cases require special effort and dedication, especially if the initial strategy was flawed and its modification is difficult. Nevertheless, we managed to succeed in many cases of that kind
