They appreciate our experience, individual approach to each particular issue as well as the ability to find practical solutions tailored to the sought-after business goals.<\/p>\n We also provide support to individuals<\/strong>, e.g., providing advice on transferring shares and other securities, tax residence, exit tax, managers\u2019 service contracts, etc.<\/p>\n Another important group of our clients are accounting businesses<\/strong> providing services to corporate entities. Most often we support them with our specialist expertise, taking part in projects that go beyond ordinary day-to-day advisory services. It happens, e.g., when our partners\u2019 clients change their shareholders\u2019 composition, enter into unusual agreements or face official tax audits.<\/p>\n We also work with law firms<\/strong> specializing in other branches of law. Many lawyers use our services to assess tax implications of restructuring their clients\u2019 businesses, particularly at the planning stage. Besides, we provide tax assistance related to real estate sales and purchases and review tax aspects of various documents that are prepared by law firms. Such documents include, i.a., civil law agreements, incentive programs for employees, rules of competitions and promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n Another group of our clients are public notaries<\/strong>. In particular, they look for our assistance, when it is necessary to assess if a notarized transaction is subject to VAT or Tax on Civil Law Transactions (\u201cCLAT\u201d). We primarily use that method with respect to projects with workload that is difficult to estimate in advance, e.g., when we provide assistance in the course of an official tax audit or tax proceedings.<\/p>\n Where it is possible to estimate the total amount of work in advance, our remuneration may be agreed as a fixed fee and then it does not depend on time to be spent on a project. For example, we use fixed fees<\/strong><\/em> with respect to written tax advices, applications for tax rulings, restructuring scenarios, tax reviews, transfer pricing documentation, trainings, etc.<\/p>\n In some cases our remuneration may depend on the outcome of our involvement (\u201csuccess fee\u201d).
